Our Vision

At Tenix, our vision is to be the leading sustinable infrastructure solutions, services and delivery partner.

We are one of a select few integrated engineering, cradle to grave, solutions providers to our clients. We retain a sigificant in-house design and engineering function to enable us to better manager the risks of delivery and to deliver to performance-based outcomes for our clients.

Through our capabilities and services, we work closely with our clients to deliver on their business drivers.

Our Values

As a company that was built on strong family values, hard work and perseverance (Tenacity), we know what it takes to become a successful player in the industry. Together, our Australian, New Zealand and South Pacific teams work on delivering the best outcomes for and with our stakeholders (Teamwork), and we continually strive to be the best we can be.

We are committed to quality; strong relationships and we deliver what we promise (Integrity) and as such, will continuously work on our systems, processes and policies to achieve better outcomes (Innovation and Improvement).

We believe that each employee in our organisation plays an important part in our journey and that each one needs to act in a safe and responsible manner for the benefit of our staff, stakeholders and the environment (Safety and Environment).
