Current and recent projects

Macdonaldtown Stabling Project, New South Wales
For Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation (TIDC)

Our role: As Contract Manager we were responsible for managing interfaces between the contractor, TIDC and RailCorp, as well as providing guidance on the financial and program aspects of the project delivery.

Outcome: We helped define a number of processes for the management of the project, which are now being utilised across the Rail Clearways Program. The project was successfully delivered using a collaborative approach whilst respecting the contractual roles of the parties.

Eastlink Motorway, Victoria
For ConnectEast

Our role: Tenix Projects provided key professional services to the ConnectEast client team including particular skills in project planning, testing and commissioning of tunnel safety and traffic management systems, completion services and contract administration support.

Outcome: We developed instance-tailored reporting systems that allowed ConnectEast to identify and tackle potential issues, measure its performance and prepare for live traffic operations. These included ‘look-ahead' reports and performance "S-like" curves and resource allocation profiles. Tenix Projects staff also played key roles in the teams that were involved in the planning for testing and commissioning of the systems and in the conduct of testing and commissioning of the tunnel safety and traffic management systems.

Waikato Bridge Arterial Project (2009), New Zealand
For Fulton Hogan

Our role: Supply, fabrication and installation of a steel-arched single-spanned bridge over the Waikato River as part of the Taupo Bypass, New Zealand.

Outcome: This project was delivered to specific requirements; no pylons were built into the water nor did any part of the bridge touch the river during installation to ensure preservation of the environment.
The new bridge has a positive impact on motorists; its 16km bypass around Taupo township has reduced travel time and traffic congestion.
