Installation of Under- rail Communications Infrastructure, Victoria
For VicTrack
Our role: Installation of under rail and cross platform communications equipment to 50 urban and rural rail stations. Works involved trench less installation via horizontal directional drilling and night works.
Outcome: Successful rollout of communications infrastructure to Victrack urban and regional stations with no network service interruption.
Fibre Optic Network Installation, Victoria
For Optus Communications
Our Role: Ongoing installation of fibre optic cable and conduit to expand existing network infrastructure. Works involve laying and fibre splicing in busy metropolitan environments and use of horizontal directional drilling technology.
Outcome: Successful network augmentation via trenchless technology to access congested alignments and reduce the need for costly re-instatement.
