Taranaki Mayor presents Health and Safety Awards
Tenix Robt Stone, working towards its "Zero Harm" goal, has put all 51 of its Hawera, Kapuni and Wanganui staff through NZQA-approved training courses, run by industry training organisation Competenz.
Competenz hosted their 2009 Safety Awards in the Hawera Town Hall on August 5th 2009 where the Tenix Robt Stone staff received their certificates from the South Taranaki Mayor, Ross Dunlop.
Tenix Robt Stone people work across a range of industries, from food and beverage (including dairy) where hygiene is paramount, through to hazardous environments such as oil & gas and petrochemical industries. The training has provided staff with the necessary skills to work in all these industries.
