Pressure Vessels

Tenix  manufactures an extensive range of pressure vessels. Codes typically include ASME VIII and PD 5500 and weld procedures are in place to cover most commonly used and a number of exotic materials utilising the weld processes of GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW and FCAW.

Through the in-house development of proprietary design and estimating software, our design engineers can provide a prompt design, pricing and fabrication service.

The workshop has the capability to roll up to 25mm thick  x 2.4m wide plate in-house and has manufactured vessels up to 95 tonnes. The Company can locally source rolled plate up to 60mm thick.
