Tenix Solutions wins Victorian Government contract
August 1, 2007

Tenix Solutions is delighted to be named successful tenderer for the contract to deliver Infringement Management and Enforcement Services to the Victorian Government.

The Company has operated this contract for nine years, and has significantly invested in Victoria’s knowledge economy for road safety, developing products and services for the global market and securing high quality jobs for Victorians.

Barry Borzillo, Chief Executive Officer of Tenix Solutions said today the Company was delighted to win the IMES Contact but was disappointed to lose the contract for Traffic Camera Services.

“Tenix Solutions has consistently exceeded its contracted target levels achieving greater than 99.97% accuracy in processing and in the verifications and evidence management of traffic camera infringements. This performance level is unparalleled and Tenix Solutions will continue to pursue opportunities within Australia and around the world to deliver these services”, he said.

“Over 200 highly skilled and highly trained professionals are dedicated to the Traffic Camera Services contract and we will initiate discussions with Serco regarding their redeployment”, he added.

The selection process has been a thorough and complex one, and Tenix Solutions congratulates Serco on its successful bid. We look forward to continuing to work with the Victorian State Government and Serco to deliver better road safety outcomes for Victoria.
