Current and recent projects

Wewak Tuna Processing Facility, PNG
For South Seas Tuna Corporation

Our role: Design and construct a new tuna loining factory at Wewak, Papua New Guinea. The project facility included refrigeration plant; odour control plant using bio-filter technology; process wastewater treatment plant; sanitary wastewater treatment plant using sewage batch reactor technology; potable water storage complete with chlorination facility; three MW power generation plant; boiler; air compressor and ocean outfall.

Outcome: Successful delivery of turnkey project.


Future Fuels Mechanical and Piping Installation Project, New Zealand
For New Zealand Refining Company

Our role: Provide mechanical fabrication and erection services for the Future Fuels Project at the Marsden Point Refinery to enable the refinery to reduce benzene content in petrol by a factor of three and the sulphur content in diesel by a factor of ten. Site works included the installation of 27,000m of pipework and over 20,000 tonnes of process equipment. The project involved up to 400 tradesmen working to the highest industry and safety standards.

Outcome: The Marsden Point refinery now produces some of the world's cleanest burning and highest quality fuels.
