Current and Key Projects
Heinz Watties Pet Food Cooker (2007), New Zealand
For Heinz Watties
Our Role: Design, manufacture and install a steam cooker and conditioning conveyors for Heinz-Watties pet food manufacturing plant in Hastings, New Zealand.
Outcome: 2000kg of cooked project could be produced per hour; enabling our client to meet production targets once commissioning had been completed.
South Seas Tuna Corporation Processing Facility (2004), Papua New Guinea
For Starkist
Our Role: Design and build a new tuna loining factory at Wewak, Papua New Guinea.
Outcome: A 2000MT coldstore; refrigeration, fish meal and odour control plant as well as wastewater treatment facilities and key processing plant equipment was successfully delivered on time and to budget.
Starkist Samoa Coldstore (2000), American Samoa
Our Role: Design, supply, erect and commission a coldstore (freezer) for tuna fish in Satala, Pago Pago, America Samoa.
Outcome: The completely hot-dipped new coldstore (to prevent corrosion from marine environment) can house 3,000 tonnes of tuna or 2,800 fish scows.
VCM Samoa Packaging Pre Cookers (1998), American Samoa
Our Role: Design, fabrication and export of three single lane stainless steel pre-cookers to America Samoa.
Outcome: Winning this tender against international competition, this project was completed on time, and to budget.
