Our Role: Refurbish three shell and tube heat exchangers for Fonterra, in Hawera. Outcome: All tube bundles were successfully refurbished and hydro-tested post assembly.

For Fonterra
Butter Plant Piping and Mechanical Installation (2002), New Zealand
Our Role: Supply, install, insulate and test 15 new carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems to the new butter plant in Clandeboye, New Zealand. Outcome: The piping, including fabrication and install of the pipebridge structures and foundations, were installed and insulated in each bridge off-site and erected as single lifts on-site during the winter season shut-down. Our Role: Demolish, supply, install, insulate and test new carbon steel and stainless steel piping for steam, condensation, chilled and hot water, nitrogen, compressed air, chemicals and vilac systems in Edendale, Southland. Outcome: The installs and tie-ins were successfully accomplished during the winter season shutdown.
