Construction Team Leader - Electricity Transmissio

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to lead our Electricity Transmission Site Construction team in Victoria. This position is project based.

The primary responsibility of this is to provide leadership and supervision of a dynamic team of Electrical Mechanics, Electrical Fitters and Commissioning Engineers, combined with managing the day-to-day site activities. Additionally, you will ensure that projects are delivered in a safe, timely and commercially rigorous manner.

To ensure success in this role, the following demonstrated skills are required: 

• Ability to develop, mentor & drive a team
• Ability to manage subcontractors & interface with Utility Authorities
• Experience in Occupational, Health, Safety & Environment management
• Relevant Electrical Trade Certificate and related industry experience
• A high focus on working safely within the team environment at all times

Installation of High Voltage Primary Plant experience is essential for this position
