Tenix is an Australian privately owned organisation with an impressive track record in delivering engineering, construction and maintenance projects in the Power, Water and Industry sectors.  Tenix and Logan Water in conjunction with two leading engineering consultancy companies formed the Logan Water Alliance to deliver a capital works program for water infrastructure over the next three to five years. This exciting new Alliance has opened up an opportunity for an Alliance Program Manager to lead a highly experienced and talented team of engineering and construction professionals. This role is effectively the General Manager of the Alliance and as such we require an exceptional leader.

This key management role will engage with clients, partners and the alliance team alike to create the momentum to allow the Alliance to deliver on its commitments whilst providing value for money solutions for Logan City Council. The Alliance needs a strategic leader who will not only focus the team's attention on strategic issues, but also someone who can engage directly to drive the resolution of critical commercial, people, safety and financial issues when the need arises. 

To be considered for this key opportunity you will have several years experience in the engineering and/or construction field including:

• Proven track record in leading an organisation and/or teams of 100 plus personnel across all infrastructure planning and engineering disciplines
• Experience in an Alliance contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience in working with infrastructure owners to deliver capital works programs and projects

You will be accomplished managing and developing teams whilst being strategically focussed on business management and growth. Equally you will be comfortable leading the day to day activities such as safety, design, project governance and cost control.
